Hey guys, for those running mechanical setups on 300Tdi or upgrading TD5s with VNT turbos, has anyone installed a manual boost controller to pump up the performance? Watching the boost gauge, what is the maximum safe boost limit to avoid blowing the engine? Drop your setups and recommend the best local tuning shops for this!

Hey bro! 😎 I've seen a few 300Tdi/TD5 builds where people increase boost, but chasing a big number isn't always the game. A proper setup should balance boost, fueling, EGT and reliability.
If you've done a VNT setup, drop your turbo setup, boost level and real-world results. Always better to learn from actual owner experience! 🚙💨
