How has your experience been with official service centers (especially in Sri Lanka)? Responsiveness, parts availability, costs?

My experience with the official service center in Sri Lanka has been generally good. The staff are helpful, but genuine parts can sometimes take time to arrive and the service costs are quite high. For regular maintenance, it's reliable, but many owners of older Defenders prefer trusted independent garages because they're more affordable and experienced with classic models. Overall, it's a good option if you don't mind the higher cost.
