Hi machans, How has your experience been with official service centres (especially in Sri Lanka)? Responsiveness, parts availability, costs?

I've had my Defender for a little while now, and I've visited the official service centre a couple of times. Overall the team has been friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate. They try to explain things clearly and genuinely want to assist.

Responsiveness:
They usually respond reasonably quickly—calls and WhatsApp messages get replies most of the time, though it isn't always instant.

Parts Availability:
This has been the tricky part. Some parts take longer to arrive, so if it's something not common, expect a bit of a wait. The good news is that they do order what's needed rather than push generic alternatives.

Service Costs:
Service costs are on the higher side (which I expected for this class of vehicle), but I haven't had any unexpected bills so far. They explain the charges and what's necessary, but it's good to go in knowing that this won't be cheap.

Overall, decent experience with room for improvement—especially with parts delivery times. But nothing that made me regret buying the Octa
